We don't have a captain...that much is obvious from on field decisions, and even down to cooling Chambers Jets through the game. When have you ever seen him THIS off chops? Smith lways pulled his head in when it was slipping into negative territory and distracting from the plan
Yeah...noticed last week after Chambers went ape on walker - manly scored under the post not long after and someone must've had a dig at him because he was off his chops again.
It was Tommy T who left his celebrations to spend quite a long time trying to calm Chambers down.
Not one of our blokes went near him.

Yesterday was a disappointing yet unsurprising performance.

Forwards -
Props were poor. Woods, as has been mentioned is not making the effort befitting a first grader. Toby is also way off the mark. Terrible defender and good for an error or 2. Tolman is getting slower. Williams is a rare shining light in this lot. Fifita has been pretty good. The steal showed a lack attention to detail but he should be playing more minutes. The issue of lateral movement is surely moot when compared to Woods.

Edge - Talakai did his thing but Connor created nothing for him. He should have pointed at O'Sullivan all day. Nikora was ok by his mediocre standards.

Spine
Brailey is pretty cooked. He needs another massive off-season to get stronger. Can't wait to see Kennedy play with quality players. Connor can run. Thats it. Trindall had a really disappointing game. I like him a lot as he has the tools but his judgement is not there yet. He needs more time to develop. To crucify him now would be short sighted. It would be great to see him paired with Moylan. Unfortunately, Moylan heals like a 90 year old.

Wingers and Centres
Katoa and Ronnie are ok. Ramien's lack skill hampers his effectiveness. If he could catch and he would be a good player. Chambers brings a competitiveness that we need but their second half tries were right through him and Connor. They both had to be stopped. Athletically, the game has passed him by but he is entertaining.

Coaching
Abysmal.
