- Craig Bellamy's 250th Win (2017): In Round 4 of 2017, Melbourne Storm coach
Craig Bellamy became the fifth coach in NRL history to reach 250 victories.
- The "Revenge" Round (2016): By sheer luck, Round 4 of 2016 featured rematches of the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Grand Finals. In an incredible twist, the losers of those original Grand Finals (Broncos, Bulldogs, and Sea Eagles) all won their respective Round 4 replays.
- Tigers' Scarcely Believable Start (2019): During Round 4 of 2019, the Wests Tigers produced one of the fastest starts in club history, racing to a 26-0 lead within just 20 minutes against the Panthers.
