There is a better chance we'll go 0 from 4 and end up in the bottom four instead.

That's how close it is at the moment, we could win go top 4 then lose a few and not make the 8.

Well as last season proved, it's not over till it's over.

Making the top 4 is more in the hands of current top 4 teams pulling a Warriors and stringing together some deflating (for their fans) losses, and that's only if we string together some wins.
Popping some random low margin results into the ladder predictor I have us coming 6th-9th.

Interestingly we play last in the final round, so will be very interesting if we have another "must win by x pts" or "must not lose by y pts" scenario like last year in order to make it (which we obviously failed miserably in attempting last year missing the cut by 14-odd pts differential).

I really wouldn't be surprised to see only 2 competition points separating 5th place and 10th place come the end of the season (Storm/Dragons/Raiders/Warriors/Bulldogs/Sharks, not necessarily in that order).
