Has Parra picked its team yet?

Should be a good little trial, not that many of us are going to see it....are any of you going to be at the game...and why is it in the Gold Coast, rather than in Parramatta or Auckland :?

I live on the Gold Coast and will be there (already have my ticket).
It's played on the Gold Coast so those of us that live in the regional areas can see a game. It makes sense to play the trial games in areas that don't get any regular season footy.
I'm pleased the Warriors have picked a fairly strong side. It should be a great test for both teams. If last weekends game is anything to go by Just about everyone in the eels top 25 will get a run.

Fair enough Eelectrica

I've never been to the Gold Coast or Queensland, so I don't have an idea about the geography...I always assumed you were a stones throw from football

Very strong looking team but not too much can be read into the teams named for trials but it will give the Eels big pack a good test another another big pack.

We need to play a good strong forward pack to assess some of our forward pack, particularly their work rate when they come up against a big pack.

Last week againts the Sharks some of the new guys were quite impressive, but I wouls like to see Kafusi, Moo Moo, Pearson, Langi and our revitalised Mickey Vella, in a situation where they are not the biggest on the ground.

Could be a good indication, but if the game is played the same as last week, don't take too much notice of the score, even if we win.

How was Vella in last weeks trail? Interms of work rate and physical dominance?
