Are they going to go in with both Wood or Death on the bench? Like Ozbash I'd like to see them give Death a game this week-I'm sure he'shungry and fired up for a great last hurrah at home. Good to see Tony'srecovered in timeto try andcut the Roosters up like he didearlier in the season.Interesting to see they'vedenied Pongia a trip home by putting him in their first division side.

The only change Imight've made to our team is Murphy (with his pace)on the bench ahead of Hape/Wood.

I hope we Destroy the Roosters. Though I have to admit I have a feeling the Roosters will give us a real good go for the money.
Another possibilty with the team with out Logan could have been:
1. Ivan Cleary
2. Henry Fa'afili
3. Wairangi Koopu
4. Clinton Toopi
5. Francis Meli
6. Motu Tony
7. Stacey Jones
8. Jerry Seu Seu
9. Jason Death
10. Ali Lauititi
11. Awen Guttenbeil
12. Monty Betham
13. Kevion Campion
14. Nat Wood
15. Richard Villisanti
16.David Myles
17. Mark Tookey
Something to come out of last weekends game that I thought potentialy could become somwething great was when Logan went off and Wairangi slotted into the 2nd row on the right hand side of the field. I though the combination of Wairangi in the 2nd row and Clinton Toopi int the Centers with Henry out side him looked quite dangerous. Perhaps a combination of the Furture

Also maby Daniel might have go with Motu Tony at dumby Half for a while with David Myles at Stand off? Motu really carved them up the middle last time they played.

The last time the Warriors scored a comprehensive win over the Roosters @ SFS, the Roosters returned the favour @ Ericsson. That was back in 1999, the Warriors have come a long way since then.

It is a danger game for the Warriors. They have never won 3 in a row this season, let alone 4. The Roosters have just come off a big losing streak and recorded back to back wins against the Broncos @ ANZ and caningMelbourne.

The Roosters track record at Ericsson is too flash hot though. They only have that win back in 1999 from about 4 meetings there.

I wouldn't expect too much from Motu Tony, it would just be an effort if he made it on to the field. I reckon Jones will be doing most of the carving up this time. If Tony fronts, Death will be dropped from the 5 man bench. If he doesn't, both Death & Wood will be on the bench. Wood will be used as 5/8 replacement and utility back. Myles will start the game @ 5/8.

My picks this week:

Warriors by 12 & under @ $3.40
Warriors by 13 & over @$3.50

1st Try scorer
Meli or Faafili @ $12

To score a try
Betham @ $4
Lauitiiti @ $4
Faafili @ $2.40
Meli@ $2.50
Jones @ $2.40

Have fun.

Sorry, I was meant to say The Roosters' track record at Ericsson ISN'T too flash hot.

I just Saw that Tim Mander is to be the Ref for the Game. This year we have only won one of the four games he has refed and that was against Penrith. I would have been much happier to see Paul Simpkins or Tony Archer as ref.

Just a question for you Warriors. Why is Death leaving? From what I have seen of him, he seems like a good player with a reasonable following in NZ.
Is he past his used by date or your coach doesn't thinkhe isup to it?

ss20, rumour has it that there is a personality clash involving the doctor and certain coaching staff.which is a shame because he is hugely popular over here and can back up his play to earn that popularity.
he has a section of erricson named after him (death row), he has some sort of cult following ,fans dress as the grim reaper in his honour .
he has added a lot to the club, and i will miss his charisma.
souths got a good buy in the "doc"

Also a point to note, is the maturing of Monty Betham's game. He has been in outstanding form. I was very surprised that he didn't get a try last week, he was certainly going for the line.

Monty Betham has come a long way from where he was at last season. Probably needs to work on his discipline a bit though. It's all very well being a bit of a mongrel, but when your main offense is lying on a tackler for too long, it doesn't help the team. Keep up the good work though, Monty.

GO YOU WARRIORS! Man i hope they win! I hope they make the 8. If not for the Warriors effort this year, it would be a disappointing year for me, what with the Raiders dismal year...

Roosters throwing everything at the Warriors but warriors are defending like their lives depend on it - 6.45 to go and play stopped for an injury to warriors fullback - still 14-8
