Saturday 1030pm

Last match before the semis

We probably dont want to play the poms in a semi final, so best thing to do is win this match

However , South Africa with no pressure on making it to the semis could cause an upset. All their chokes are done and dusted already in the competition

DANGER GAME for the Aussies

We should be pretty well rested for this game so that's a plus.
It'll be good tune up game before the finals. Definitely a game we should be aiming to win for the slightly easier run to the final.
Only reason to rest anyone would if they're carrying an injury, other than that our finals team should be playing.
Don't take shortcuts or fall into bad habits this game. Be clinical and we'll get the no.1 spot.

Key will be to get on top of SA early. If we can do that, with nothing to play for they'll be looking for the exits. Give them a sniff though and they'll fire up like it is a final.

It would require a pretty epic change of form for South Africa to come close to Australia in this game.

Handscomb is a better fit than Marsh anyway and should have been in the side. I imagine they didn't pick him due to concerns about his technique in England.

Match day

Come on Finchy fire up son and become the top scorer of the cup with an aussie win to boot
None of us wanted you sacked few months ago

We lose tonight, and I think that's our cup done and dusted, No disrespect to the kiwis but we should roll them over in the semi. Not too sure about Team India

Yep. Some fun facts about the blek ceps.

Have lost 3 in a row leading into the semis.

Haven't beaten a team in the top 5.

We want to play them not a resurgent England or India

We've stalled big time.

Very disappointing TBH. Think Aust would be ecstatic to play us... TBH Aust probably our best chance of an upset too, but we've been flat out poor, Straya and India have been best, but Poms are a helluva dangerous side

Looking forward to Davey and de Kock
