Im currently playing a 2001 game with WCW on EWR, whereby:
What if Eric Bischoff and Fusient went along and bought WCW?
The Night of the Champions happened, but in a different way. Vince and Shane never appeared on that Nitro telecast. Instead, it was simply billed as being the last show on TNT.
Fusient has bought out WCW and Eric Bischoff hires you to run the company.
You have no TV deal, since the investors buying out WCW weren't going to have a secured TV deal with Time Warner.
This game begins on April 1, 2001. If you want the game to begin on April 1, 2001, just set your PC clock to March 2001.

I also have a new TV deal, Tuesday Night Nitro on ESPN, with Mike Tenay and Mike Sanders hosting it (The Two Mikes). It took me six months to get one.
Currently heading into Halloween Havoc.
Angles/Fueds/Storylines I have going on...
Goldberg and Jeff Jarrett...Jarrett is filthy that he didn't get his rematch against Booker T. Claims Goldberg gets special treatment because of the amount of publicity he gets. Jarrett basically playing the pissed off/wingey heel. Goldberg doing what Goldberg does best and crushing everything in his path.
Jindrak/O'Haire and Booker T/Sting...The two up and comers versus the two legends. Jindrak and O'Haire claim the other two are passed it etc etc. Basic legends v legend killer storyline, however I plan on developing Booker and Sting into a fued somewhere in the not so distant future.
RVD and Syxx...Since debuting in WCW, Rob Van Dam has taken the world by storm. Wowing the crowd with his athleticism etc. However, during the debut episode of Nitro, whilst being on Bischoff's talk show "Controversy Createst Cash", former nWo and DX member Syxx returned, attacking Van Dam and calling out Bischoff for firing him from WCW years back. Basic pissed off athletic heel up against the babyface athletic heel, over the US belt.
Ultimo Dragon and Lance Storm...Ultimo is the Cruiserweight champ. Lance Storm isnt. Easy as that.
Filthy Animals and Jamie Noble/Christopher Daniels...the clean cut heels versus the rebellious faces. Their match at HH will be for a shot at the tag belts, fued started when Daniels and Noble asked Rey to spek English, interupting a backstage interview where Rey, Kidman and Konaan were speaking in street slang. Simple as that. May develop into something more.
Mike Awesome...Mike Awesome has been doing what Sid was doing. Attacking people post match and proclaiming victory after doing so. He calls it the Mike Awesome invertational, I need to get him a manager though.
Brock Lesnar and Ric Flair...Ric Flair recently turned heel, and has been parading himself around WCW claiming he was the reason WCW remained in business, yet he isnt getting the recognition. Brock had a stunning debut, defeating the Mamalukes in a handicap match at Fall Brawl. He has been dubbed the "Next Big Thing", and on a recent episode of "Controversy Creates Cash" Ric Flair threw some snide remarks, saying everybody backstage wants to be the Next Big Thing, but they'd, or for that matter, he'd, better jump in line, because eveybody wants to be the man, but to be the man, you have to beat the man. This bought out Lesnar, who cleared the ring of the decor before eying up Flair, who in the mean time had hightailed it out of the ring. Teh crowd went bananas. On the next edition of Nitro, Flair hired the Mamalukes to take care of his little problem - Vito and Johnny still pissed off from losing at Fall Brawl. Will set up for a match in the not so distant future.
Shane Douglas...I am planting the seeds for Douglas to bring back Revolution. Will most probably slot Chris Candido in as his right hand man (was going to be AJ, but he got injured), and Daniels/Noble as the tag team. Looking to have them fued with the Rhodes' at first, possible incorporate the Filthy Animals aswell.
Anyone who would liek to see this made into a diary?
