How many times have we fallen over on the line, how many times has the other mob kicked the impossible goal in the last second, how many times has a bloke kicked a shaky field goal and how many field goals have we missed.

Our stats in the close games must be about ten to one against. Lady luck seem to hate us when it comes to these games. A player who has never kicked a goal in his life is odds on from the side line if its a second to go and it will win the match.

The old story we should never get into these situations, but we do and blow them or choke more often than not. Theirs always excuses and things we should have done in hindsight but at the end of day Lady Luck plays a big big part and she seems to hate us at present

its not luck, when we need to calm down and set for a field goal or close a game out we have no idea what to do. this game, brisbane last year and newcastle r26 07 are examples that spring to mind immediently.

in these situations we are an absolute shambles.

That last set we had where we should have kicked a FG was absolutely pathetic.

Not ONE SINGLE player wanted to hit the ball up.

Just ridiculous and embarrassing.

Last minute when Payten got the ball, he sat there like a f**king imbicile.

Should've just sprinted at the line, possibly get over or if not, end up 1m out. Then have Farah slot into dummy half, throw a dummy to J Mo or Marshall who should be near the 20 and instead dive over and clincht he match.
