Okay so for the benefit of World RL Australia (the only competition in the world that uses 2 refs) wants to have 2 refs for Internationals involving Australia and also those refs being Australian.

Isn't International RL supposed to be taking those elite players out of their comfort zone and testing them against the best in the World? How on earth will this benefit those countries who do not play with 2 referees every week and will not have a 'home' referee against Australia?

The moaning about the forward pass is unbelievable. The referee blew his whistle with Matau'tia 5-10m away from the line. How do we know the Kiwis didn't subconsciously react to this whistle? From the point of the whistle 'everything' after is irrelevant.
