Noticed this guy in reggies the other nite....I think it was him that scored a late try....goes f**kin hard, no regard for personal safety at all....f**kin loony    Well done mate.

Huraki played very well but I think u may be talking about Fui, He went pretty crazy there for a while. If he could only play at least 40 mins of any game he would be worth it.

I still rate Fui, he has this physical pressance that every pack needs. I don't understand why smith is persisting with deadwood. Guys like Hopkins, Stapleton, Pearson, Peek and Thorman are just wasting space in first grade. While we have young talent which will be part of next years squad wasting away in lower grades.

Its just like last season when Smith decided to chuck in crouch over the last few rounds. What a wast of time.

yeh true true. Should be using lads like Fui, Weller and Cordoba in these dying stages of the year.

It's funny you should say that!

This time last year both him and Jack Afamasaga were playing on both wings for the Guildford Owles in the Jim Beam cup.

they've both certainly come a long way.

Actually eelevation this time last year Weller was on one flank for Guildford with Jack sitting on the bench.
Jack was a bench warmer for Guildford Jim Beam Cup for most of last year which makes it even more remarkable that he is now playing NRL.
Congratulations to Weller for making his PL debut from all at the Owls Nest.
And to think we doubted him at the end of last season when he said he would be playing PL for the Eels in 2004.

Match fitness is a big problem for him. But if used properly is a force. Like we saw against Manly. If he could play 30-40min a game he would be on the bench in 1sts every week.

yes it is match fitness with Fuifui

but according to Hadley on the weekend DF supposedly implied that Fuifui may not be with us next year???

and its great to see Hadley pulling the piss out of one of our players (the Fuifui song) and our once great club every weekend at every opportunity

although i must say that I agree with most things he says, unfortunately???

He at least needs to give 35-40 mins in a game. He actually goes forward and makes yards unlike Pearson who in his past life was Andrew Johns.

yeah good call Jake,

i think Fui still has lots of potential and he does make good yards, but someone has to tell him that you can't try and put on a shoulder charge with every tackle attempt - against Melbourne he missed so many tackles trying to do that it wasn't funny, he just either tries to shoulder charge or grabs with his arms

a lot of Parra players are arm grabbing currently, makes you think about so many broken arms in the club and the poor defence....is anyone teaching defence out there anymore.....we need to recruit John Muggleton or Deano Pay!!!!!!!!

Dean Pay Legend legend legend. I said it before and I'll say it again If Brian Smith were to stay on ( God Forbid) the he should get rid of 2 zillion assistants and just hire Dean Pay. Pay will instill some f**king attitude and toughness in them.

Dean Pay for thatg job. Maybe Wagon can retire and show them. His shjoulder attempts are just to risky unless there is someone there backing up in case he misses. Still a good player to watch and i would like to keep him on the impact he holds. He will gein the fitness by playin more first grade.

glad you guys agree on Dean Pay and yeah he sure would instill some toughness into the bastards!!!!

poor Wags still has some gas in the tank - he just has to be allowed to play lock instead of being forced to play 5/8.....at lock he can defend to his hearts content and run hard and fast and every now and then try and put on a bit of a move....but at 5/8 he has to try and force things and he just can't do that all the time, its not his natural game

Agreed!!!!

How much better was Parramatta in the openning exchanges against Melbourne in comparison to the tigers. The difference was Moimoi and Afasamaga! Why we persist with Pearson and Peek i really don't know!

Peek has his days. I admit he was one of the only forwards apart from vella that troubled the tigers defence. I counted a whole two good charges. Thats how good our forwards were.
