Yeah.....Must admit I almost drove off the freeway whilst driving to Campbelltown today, when I heard the Magpies dished out a hiding to the Raiders in the Flegg. And was also quite pleased to hear that our PL side was a head by 26-14 but that all changed by the time I parked the car and walked into the ground and looked at the score board and the score was 28-26 Canberra's way.But in the end we won.And so did first grade.
What a day!!! ;-)
P.s....Bring on the Bulldogs,Im hoping for a strong finish to the season and this will certainly let us know where we really stand.Especially if we can manage 2 wins in a row.
I believe that both wins will now lay a platform for both Magpies sides. These games today were 'must win' and they did just that. This could be the turn around the Maggies were looking for. It's just an issue of continuing the momentum and consistency now.
Yeah the maggies have been struggling this season so it was good to see the other half get the points today. It seems to me wests really need one of the halves to really pull the strings and direct traffic...............in time it'll come.
