What Are The Ratings for U20's

Does anyone here know what the U20's ratings are or where I can get them? In particular I'm interested to know the comparison to the Super 15's comp ratings. I know they compare favorably, but I need to show some Yawnion pelican who thinks I'm way off and that Yawnion has far greater ratings numbers.
