Listen the reason I posted this topic is if this S##T fight ends up in court Ando can't turn around and say the club has discrimnated against him to put Raper in. If they appoint another First grade coach for one season instead of Raper then it dosen't look as bad.

IF it ends up in court the Sharks might not have any head coach at all. I know at my work when these grievances are undertaken the employer is not allowed to fill the position in question until the grievance is resolved.

Like I said in another post. More red herrings here than you can poke a stick at.

No. Not tough at all. I am to Raper what reefy is to Ando. I don't like him or his manner. He's an abrasive, arrogant person, just like Ando, who is only going to rile the players up if he comes in all guns blazing. Remember the players support Ando - no one else.

There's one difference though, I won't deathride him if he gets the job. I just won't like it.

Wont it be ironic if Ando throws a hissy fit over being sacked after the way he insulted DT, NG and PC by sacking them.

For all the support Sludge gave him over those disgraceful decisions, it's no wonder that SUPERCOACH has received a third warning for calling the club legend a low c--t.

Where will Ando go now? Who will pay him a dime without Kimmorley? He's pretty expensive considering he's a one trick hooker.

Cutting JA in the manner that they did(thank f**k he is gone though) seems like a more than perfect way to whiteant opes out of his position...........very sus indeed, opes' lawyers could have a field day with this if they play the right cards...


Raper struggled to win games in england with a squad worth 3 times more than ours, i fail to see how people think he is going to be our messiah

Surely Kimmorley, Vagana and others would have 'get out' clauses that if Anderson isnt there coach then they are not playing. It could be a drastic decision if they get rid of the coach and have to pay him out a fortune and then your big guns follow suit.

I say the Sharks Board should let him destroy himself and cost themselves no money and no heartache. If the Club doesnt make the finals in 2004 then they dont have to reappoint him. A simple and easy way out. The Club would be no guarantee of making the finals next year if he isnt there as others would have 'get out' clauses, so why waste the money.

I would already go out looking for a new coach for 2005 (maybe they have with signing Raper) and plan for 2005. If I was the Board I would just write 2004 off, give Anderson no support and let the team miss the 8. Then rebuild from there. Just look at Penrith, it is 2 year from the Bottom to the Top. I think you will find alot of Clubs will use the Panther philosophy in future operations!
