Brian Smith would be made a devolopment officer immediately. This is because he would not want to leave without getting paid ou, so why not put him to some use as a developement officer or talent scout and get our moneys worth? And some young gun coach who just wants ago would take over as coach for a small some of money till he proves himself and untill smith finishes his contract.
