Triple H has infact defeated the Undertaker twice I believe. The first time was at Insurrextion 2002, the second was on Raw when the fight for the number 1 contender 4 Brock Lesnar's Undisputed title, just b4 Smackdown signed the Undisputed belt exclusively to their show. Triple H won thanx to Brock Lesnar's interference
