Does he even make the 17 ?

So much dossshoolllaaa wasted ?

Or will he bring a new level

For me it is partly a technique issue for Korbin as he pre meditates way to early as a defender but he certainly has more then what he has delivered so far

Like many of our players who's contract ends in 2021. K Sims will be playing out of his skin this season. I predict our reserve grade will be very competitive:

Reserve Grade (Canterbury Cup)
1. Schiller
2. Pereira
3. Feagai
4. Williame
5.
Feagai
6. Sullivan
7. Clune
8. K Sims
9. Brittain
10. Blacker

11. Merrin
12. Fuimaono
13. H Lomax

14. Junior prop
15. Junior prop
16. Junior edge forward
17. Utility player

At his best, he makes our 17. His 2 years with us have been injury plagued. If he gets a decent run of games even if he starts in reggies I can see him in our top team. He’d offer aggression and impact that no one else really does. We can only hope he stays injury free.

It seems that he has never shown just what he is truly capable of , as others have already said - mainly due to some horrendous injuries . I also would like to see him play some decent footy so as to keep the pressure on the starting pack . He would be very handy coming off the bench - best of luck to the man for a successful season .

I like him. He's got mongrel.
Just needs to stay healthy.
I'm predicting a big year from him.
Like you predicted in 2020 ;)
Problem with Korbin is he switches off in defence..however having said that maybe just maybe Hook can get him fired up and improved.
But remember at the Broncos and Knights he was mostly always a perennial bench warmer and has never taken the pack he is with by the scruf of the neck and pushed people out.

How many games did he play this season?

Just looked it up, 5 games this season.
Hard to judge him on that.
I dont think its a matter of Hook doing what Mary couldn't etc, more just Korbin playing football injury free consistently all season.

We will see... and he was not injured for the other 15 either..a few Yes
But having said that i was initially positive about his signing for some reason as we were desperate for big men up front.
But having watching him closely in the back of 18 and then with us I have been in the main bitterly disappointed.with his output..it is not all about charging onto the ball which he does OK sometimes but its the rest of the stuff.
Anyway you are right he has his last chance i think to make a statement.

A dud signing who many got overhyped up about

A real was “gonna be this gonna be that” player if ever there was one.

His 1 off individual moments got some people far too excited as whilst very good they we’re very few and far between.

His best moments were interspersed with many brain dead moments and if both are evaluated correctly he would barely come out in the plus side

See you later and don’t let the door hit you on the arse when your leaving.

I feel there's a few players under review (I doubt Hook has finished his squad evaluations yet) and may find themselves on the outer before the 2021 starts. Korbin may he one of them.

Correct and the start of training will fill in those gaps for him after speaking to each player some time ago.
Whatever opinion he has formed he would of no doubt caught up on some much needed video.
Yes a fair bit still to likely change between now and XMAS.
Hoping for another confirmed signing to be announced prior to training starting. ;)

Agree with this. If we're any good next year it will be because we've made some smart buys in the forwards or the younger blokes have stepped up. Korbin's a backup at best, not part of our best 17.

I hope for his sake he has a great season, becomes a true enforcer and wins the Clive Churchill in a dominating performance on grand final day.

Cause if he doesn’t, he’s potentially leaving this as his most memorable moment in the NRL:
