Any plain creatine monohydrate is good, doesn't really matter what brand. I got given a sample of muscle pharm creatine and it's really good. It's a blend of 5 different creatines, and at a very decent price so it's well worth a go.

The key thing I've noticed is you need to take a break every now and then, right now I've cycled off for about 4 weeks and am about to get back into it. I find you don't feel any effects from it if you just keep continually taking it

From what I understand creatine is naturally produced in the body, if you keep taking it without cycling your body will stop producing it
