What's doing with the Russian Women

According to the article on the front page they are out of the World Cup. Thats really disappointing considering the enthusiam I saw first hand from their officials back in January at the World Sevens, and also considering they even had a warm up tour of France. I think they would have gone ok, thus its a real shame to see they wont be making it to NZ.

It has been reported that they couldn't get the funding. Agreed, it is a shame.
