theres only one way I can get into this site, and that's by going through my Hotmail Inbox, which is a real piss off. so if someone knows the real address for it, can they paste it here or whatever

Thats the front page. From there you can view all the topics or click on the 'all topics' link.

That should have read:
"view all the topicsby clicking on the 'all topics' link."

Just remember to start a new discussion in the relevant subject area.

I guessed it was that address, but thanks anyway.
It's funny you know, because I've only just found out that the 'Footy Show' community existed on Rleague. Not dissapointed though, because 'Footy Show' is where all those Girdler groupies are

Loads of people access their various forums through other sites. It can be a bit frustrating.

A few more hints:

Just bookmark the URL to your 'add favourites' (Internet Explorer) or 'bookmarks' (Netscape) menu on your browser.

The forum works best with Internet Explorer.


Something we worked out out a few weeks back is that after making a post, use the 'back' button in the top left of your browser rather than clicking on links. This keeps the subject line in the lower topics sections 'unbold' so you can see if anyone has contributed further to that particular discussion.
For example, after I send this post, I'll be back spacing my way back to the all topics section.
This seems to only work with IE as Netscape keeps the same font regardless.

These may be already obvious but I think it's worth mentioning.
If there's ever any questions just ask. I'm sure you'll get answers.

Ozbash, I used to do that but when Isend off a new post (like this one) and then clicked on the
All Topics
link, I was finding that all the older 'unbold' subject lines had gone bold. It was as if the discussion on it's way to the top of the page was renewing every other discussion it passed over. It made it tricky to know which posts had progressed since I last read them. By back spacing, it solves the problem.
This is only the case in my IE browser.
Others have told me this back spacing has also worked for them.

I'm developing a system where the pc user gets an electric shock off their mouse everytime they bypass the front door. I'm giving it a test run now...
