For be it's between the brain and the heart, both do so much work and got mad skills. They're my favourite to study and the two I find the most fascinating, we still have so much we don't understand about the brain. The cardiovascular system and nervous system are my favourite organ systems too.

Any vulgar comments in this thread will not be tolerated by me! Behave yourself or you will be punished.

Pipe Organ. Electric organs are ok but really nothing gets me going like a good hymn on a pipe organ.

They are all extemely important, you cant live without any organ. Take one out and you die. Stupid thread.

If i had to answer, it would be the brain.

The brain is the only organ that we barely understand. Its storage capacity is phenominal, and it totally trips me out how a bunch of meat can give me thoughts, an imagination and everything a brain gives me. Truly an amazing organ and its capacity and abilities have barely been discovered.

Appendix, gallbladder, penis, uterus,

Do you even know what an organ is? There are several you can live without.

The appendix is an evolutionary out of date organ.. gall bladder is barely an organ and you need to have supplements if you have it removed. So if you had it removed in the 1800's you wouldnt be very healthy put it that way

There are not many males that would or could live without a penis.

The human race would not exist without uterus's

An organ is just a collection of tissues that are joined together to perform a common function.

Some are more interesting to study than others, some work harder etc, I am not talking about which one I would give up if I had to choose, I am talking about a favourite in terms of which one intrigues me the most.

All the organs of the body were having a meeting, trying to decide who was in charge.
The brain said: "I should be in charge, because I run all the body's systems, so without me nothing would happen."
"I should be in charge," said the heart, "because I pump the blood and circulate oxygen all over the body, so without me you'd all waste away."
"I should be in charge," said the stomach, "because I process food and give all of you energy."
"I should be in charge," said the rectum, "because I'm responsible for waste removal."
All the other body parts laughed at the rectum and insulted him, so in a huff, he shut down tight. Within a few days, the brain had a terrible headache, the stomach was bloated, and the blood was toxic. Eventually the other organs gave in. They all agreed that the rectum should be the boss.
The moral of the story?
You don't have to be smart or important to be in charge... just an asshole.

Someone who put skin in the poll. Awesome to see!

You can remove a kidney and still live

Oh and Yamaha make the best organs

While true, it's one important one in general well-being and just feeling normal each day. The role of the kidney is major and when both start playing up on you then you're in serious shit.
