When are the Knights training over Christmas & New Year

Just wondering.

As my team have to train at 7.00am on Boxing Day & Jan 2nd.

So there will be no Christmas or New Years fun for these players.

Unless Bennett is just seeing who turns up.

Two weeks off as a team. Individually they're still going around. Last Friday was the Nelson Bay sand dunes run and there's more fitness the first two weeks back at it before the team get really stuck into the team skills.

Even though there's no official team training sessions, I'm sure most of the guys still do their own personal programs.

I have my own fitness program outside of training.
