I am only pissed off on the night of the game. It just comes out other times in this forum or if I'm talking footy with other Parra mates. Virtually everything that has happened this year has been negative...from the pre-season to now so i don't know why you expect me to be positive about our year. The whole joint is a f**king shambles. The only other time I have had a similar attitude was during the Kearney years - despite every stupid merkin talking up his 'academy' and all the juniors that he and Nolan were going to bring through.
I get that it is quite demoralising

I like footy and feel much better in general if parra are going better ... it can be a thing to make you happy when other things in your life suck

So seasons like this are kinda f**ked

Hayne was great, He is now ordinary. BA was good during a crisis and now he is clueless. And I have told you about my premiership predictions since the forum started. It’s a running joke. Try and keep up. However once I commit and say they have regressed or shit when have I said they are great again? There is a difference.

Now go back to your c**k shaped bong and have a party pull you dribbler.
I kinda agree .... mostly you get all fired up and go off like a mad f**ker .... then when it changes you just go quiet .... then when it changes bad again you come back mad as f**k telling us all how you told us so

Hayne was an exception .... you flip flopped all over the place with him like he was your first love or something

Pretty sure you told us he needed help before we got our shit together last year
No I didn’t mate. I said he needed help after I think the thrid loss or when Gentle was not replaced. Check it. Don’t believe Gary’s propaganda.

I however would have sacked Norman a year ago (maybe more) because he is an immature peanut with too much influence.

Hayne is still the greatest I have ever seen. But he f**ked us and I got angry.

I actually haven’t made up my mind about him for next year.
What I said is that BA was warned not to sign him and it has probably proven to be correct.

Im actually leaning to keep him for 2019. He doesn’t deserve to go out like this. I do have some humility.

Don’t worry Gary will be frantically checking it just in case I’m lying. I am mad but hate being called a bullshit artist.

I actually like Gaz, believe it or not. He is quite witty when he isn’t being vulgar.

Perhaps you need to reflect on this. Coach is been with us for 115 games and endured the most physiological destroying years that anyone could go through no doing of his own, who took us to the top 4 last year notwithstanding previous adversity, but because the results of his last 12 have been poor you want to make him unemployed.

He will be unemployed but will be paid out. Almost $700k. Which is seven times the average wage in a year. PRLFC is not a charity. He has failed and needs to go.

When Hayne comes back from injury I would make him co captain with Gutherson, play him where ever he wants to play and build the game plan around him. He should get the ball a couple times every set of possession.

You have responded to my use of the word unemployed, but not about my questioning of your claim of humility.

I suggest to you that your humility is somewhat selective.

Who would want to take over @ Parramatta?

This is your biggest problem.

Semi winning games covered up what has proved to be a poor overall roster for a few years now.

Lets face it Bellamy would stay or take the Broncos for less than Parra would offer.

Trent Barrett could be available soon.

A little decorum here. The team, the coach and what happens next is not about egos and who is right with their predictions.

Plenty point at the coach and claim that he is past it or out of ideas. Mary McGregor was hopeless not long ago, but has been lucky that his recruiting and lack of injuries in crucial positions have paid off. Cleary lost the dressing room and was unemployed after Penrith. He went from hopeless to a great coach. Now they have won one of their last six and fans are not so sure now. Green was touted as the coach that every team wanted, but now can’t win a game with all his GOATS. Robinson with unlimited resources had a team that couldn’t beat an egg in 2016.

What I am saying is that we are 12 games in after a top 4 finish and punters are demanding for his head. If you step away from your partisan view and look at our situation with clear eyes, we are not far off being a very good side. You can blame the coach, but my view is that success hinges on your top 20 players all playing to their potential and a bit of luck with injuries. These things happen to clubs, good coach or not (waves to Paul Green).

So I’m appealing for calm and saying lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater. BA is a fine coach and I am sure that his team and Admin have learnt from this and there are better times ahead.

Plus......

You just cant buy players. They need to want to come ffs or leave their club.

We need juniors to be coming through. BA should not be responsible for the juniors system.

So we extend his contract beyond 2019and be good guys?

In all seriousness, how much does a bad game or a bad season really affect you?

Virtually everything that you have posted this year has been negative. Do you walk around after a loss feeling pissed off with the world or does it just come out on this forum?

I’m lucky enough to be able to forget about losses pretty quickly (i.e instantaneously) because I have had a f**kload of experience. Surprised that there would be any eels fan at this stage that would stew for days on end after a loss.

I enjoy debating on here as much as the game itself. It is just a game. Why people feel some sort of emotional connection like their team is a family member is beyond me. I see friends like tha t. You call one of their players shit and its like you slagged off their mum.

Chill out and enjoy it. Thats sport.
