Anthony Seibold could be gone if Souths don't make the playoffs, especially after buying Alfred Dane Gagai..

Buying a bloke who cant tackle should not be on Seibold's head. That was Madge wasn't it?

Souths need to stop leaking tries and Gagai won't help that stat.

I think Kearney & Stuart would be the two on the shakiest ground to start the season. I could see guys like Flanagan, Arthur, Grifffin & Barrett going if their teams are not in the finals race come round 20. Brown could go if the Knights finish last. Mary could go as well, although I think the Dragons will start the season well and fade (seems to be his go), if he goes it will probably be in the off-season. I think the big guns (Bennett, Green, Robinson & Bellamy) will be safe, I can't see Cleary going even with a poor season (the rebuild has only just begun) & the rookies probably all get a bit of time.

The club respects Cleary way too much to sack him imo. Especially considering this is basically his 1st year in the rebuild. Would be extremely weird to sack him

We are talking about a management that had their best 4 players coming off contract in the same year and has sacked 2 Fg coaches in the last 4 years.
If I was Cleary and the Tigers got off to a bad start or had a bad year I would be worried about what the idiots above me were thinking.

Different idiots above than responsible for previous atrocities.

If the Roosters don't fire with who've they've fit under their salary caps than Robinson would have to be on shaky ground.

And when I say fire, top 4 is the very minimum.

Otherwise Griffin or The Process.

About to write the same. 28 mil squad and if Robo doesn’t have them in top 2 at the halfway mark he’s got to be cut

Unlike the Raiders we will be premiers this year so no problems for Robbo.

Kearney won't be sacked. He is the worst NRL coach, but he is a kiwi, they have some philosophy about that right now.

And if the Roosters struggle don't be surprised if Madge Maguire will take his place

The Jarrod Chokers will get the spoon and Ricky will be rewarded with a 15 year contract extension for finally winning something.

The Roosters will not struggle (i.e. miss out on the top 4) unless Cronk and Tedesco do their ACLs or something nearly as catastrophic. The only question is whether they make the Grand Final and win it.

Incidentally, there are only three teams that can win the Grand Final and the Sydney Roosters is one of them.

Spear Tackle Kearney is safe if the Warriors make the top 8. But whether or not they will is an open question.

I agree with this and would be highly shocked and disgusted if Cleary got the arse in 2018. We judge most things in footy off of past performance though so if we do the same for the f**kheads running WT Cleary could be under the pump regardless of performance or circumstance.

I got a case on it that Tigers will finish higher than Bulldogs so I hope ya's the best - better than Bulldogs anyway. Before anyone asks, obviously yes I was very drunk when making that bet. In my defense it was not long after Des got a contract extension, so I may have an out there.
