Who exactly is a member state of the RLIF, and who are the elected representatives...??

All we ever hear is Colin Love and Richard Lewis meeting, but I always thought France, PNG and even South Africa were members of the RLIF...

Do these countries get a say..??

I would have thought that France would/should have a bigger say..They thought up the WC FFS...

From what I understand, the full members of the RLIF are: Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, France, PNG, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Russia and South Africa - matches between these nations count as Official "Test Matches" - and matches between other nations, such as Serbia, Ireland, Scotland, Lebanon, Czech Republic etc... count as "Internationals", though I think now World Cup games count as Test Matches, so the games that Scotland and Ireland played in the World Cup as test matches. (Though I am not 100% sure)

As far as attendance/representation at RLIF meetings go, I don't know who attends them - but at the RLEF meetings, there is representation from all sorts of different nations, in the past: England, Wales, Russia, France, Ireland, Scotland, Serbia....... have all been represented at these meetings.
