Who misses out?

With the extended bench named...who's the poor bugger who misses out? All on the bench have been brilliant and all will play well no doubt. What a bugger of a decision to make. Robinson,Mauro,Rose,Lussick,Rodney, Buhrer...two have to chew it. Which two?

Robinson and Lussick I'd say.

I shuddered at the thought of Mauro playing first grade earlier in the season, but he has been very, very impressive. A huge improvement on previous years.

Rodney, Rose and Buhrer are a given.

Yeah ive been impreesed with Mauro....what a prack of a decision though. Big George is a cert.

Robinson and Mauro for me.

Very tough on Vic, but I rate Lussick highly.

As mentioned, Rose, Rodney and Buhrer are certainties. It's between Mauro and Lussick. If I was selecting the side, Lussick would be a certainty. If he plays like he did against Melbourne then he would more than earn his spot. Mauro has been good, solid without being spectacular. Lussick has played less games but I've been very impressed with what I've seen.

I think its going to be Lussick who's in. Not only does he have the aggression require, but he has height which will be need to close down offloads from some of their taller players.

So Tim and Vic are out, but they now have good finals experience for future campaigns.

Its all good.

Yep Lussick has to be included. A lot of pent up energy to be released in the young bloke I reckon. Tough on Vic but he'll get his chance.
