Went through her "filmography" the other day and only vaguely recognised two of the movies in the list.

I watch a lot of live courtroom streaming and this was one of the craziest trials I've seen in a while.

Heard was just comically unbelievable, not a single one of her friends turned up to give testimony for her (all done with video depositions, most of which were taken years ago) and her expert witnesses were some of the worst experts I have ever seen in any trial. Elaine Bredehoft, one of Heard's lawyers, was borderline incompetent at times.

Dr. Spiegel's cross examination was one for the ages.



Another thing this trial exposed was how absolutely hopeless the media is at covering this shit (as we already saw in the Rittenhouse trial). The disconnect between what they were reporting and what was actually happening was massive. There's a growing segment of lawyers and other legal professionals in the Youtube community devoted to giving real time legal commentary that is much, much closer to reality.

No, that was Adam Nadelhaft, he was one of the junior attorneys. I think he pulled another similar gaff close to the end but I can't remember what it specifically was.

Elaine was the dumbass who couldn't figure out how to ask non-leading questions and didn't properly prepare Amber to give answers without having to rely on mountains of hearsay.

Then again, Amber Heard seemed like a really difficult client who said and did shit I'm 100% sure her lawyers told her not to.

Yeah, Megyn is right, Heard is toast.

It really doesn't matter if Amber appeals and wins on some technical ground, she was thoroughly exposed as a pathological liar who cannot tell the truth about anything. She will never work in Hollywood ever again. I can imagine she might do some media appearances on some "friendly" news outlets as she still has some reasonably prominent supporters (who are all batshit crazy too), but in the long run I think she'll end up taking the Eileen Franklin-Lipsker route by changing her name and f**king off to parts unknown, never to be heard from again.

I can't see Depp doing any Disney films, but I'm sure other studios will pick him up.
