Hey everyone. It seems that we need a new halfback or 5/8 of the raiders club next season. Since now that I realise drewie aint a playmaker for the halfback position, I think we need a new one. With mclinden playing halfback at the moment, we could shift him back to 5/8 and bring mcfadden back into the side at halfback for next season....Thats if he is available....Does anyone know where he is at the moment? I hear he is at the melbourne storm, but he hasnt even played a game 4 em yet. Maybe they have realeased him.... SO WHY DONT THE RAIDERS BRING HIM BACK TO THE CLUB!?!?! I WANT MCFADDEN BACK! I WANNA BRING BACK THE "MAC ATTACK"!!!!!!! 8)

Macfadden is currently playing with the Melbourne Storma and is out injured at present.

I seriously think we made the right choice by keeping McLinden. Macfadden is not the answer and made far too many crucial mistakes at the wrong time. I'm also starting to warm to Macca at half back with a long term view of brining in Terry Campese to five eighth.

Terry Campese is the nephew of Union legend David Campese and the kid can play. He is only young and learning fast. He'll be part of the bigger picture next year mark my words.

I've got huge wraps on this kid. I've seen a lot of him in his junior years, and he's got plenty of talent. He actually played union all his life, and tried league for one year. And he preferred it.

Macfadden proved his worth at parramatta, he was playing behind an awesome forward pack at the time and he still struggled, the guy is a fringe first grader, he can do some special things but they are very few and far between, i personally cant wait to see more of terry campese and hopefully he will make a great 5/8 cos i honestly think macca has the half spot under wraps.

mcfadden did stuggle at parramatta....he didnt play his best footy, caus he loved canberra so much. He loved the raiders team, he wanted to be a raider forever, and it hurt him and he couldnt play his best footy for a club where he didnt have the passion to play for.. He played gr8 footy for the raiders, and was a gr8 mix with mark mclinden. so i say BRING BACK THE MAC ATTACK :lol:

Players almost never return to their starting clubs... I think they have a habit of burning bridges... Plus I like McLinden at half and I don't think our situation is as "dire" as everyone keeps making it out to be! We are tied first and closing on the Roosters VERY quickly!
