Who wants to go to the Double Header?

Sharks Vs Tigers and Dogs Vs Eels.

I asked this question in another post but thought I would get a wider response if I made a new topic.

We were talking about getting together for a beer and I thought maybe it would be a good idea if we went to the Double header as well.

Here is the plan.

Get together somewhere close to Homebush for a beer or ten, then when the time comes, move on to Telstra Stadium to watch the Sharkies give it to the tigers. Once we have finished mauling the Tiges, we go out and celebrate on the town. We could organise tickets from the club and maybe even a bus to get us there and back.

Let me know if you are interested. Depending on the response I'll start organising it.

If my calculations are correct(sorry I just dropped 20 pens out of my top pocket)

....then 3 clubs desperately trying to enter the 8 will be on show.

I think we should get together for a beer sooner though. Sometime before chrissy, maybe down the leagues. I think they may be in need of a few of our fun tokens and as long as the are in exchange for beer, why not the new sharkies?

I can do both. All my work parties are early this year with the last 2 on tomorrow night and Friday night.
