If you try and fill in our top two grades there is still not a lot of room for many of our young blokes such is our depth.
So of our young blokes who have played flegg this year, how many will still be eligble next year?
I'm talking guys like Huaraki, Smith, Afamasaga, etc

gee! your not asking for much.

I strongly suggest you work out the date of births on the official website which will give you a fare idea who would be eligible to play.

baring in mind that Flegg is u20's comp

I don't think the Eels website (the free part of it) has dates of birth for all the Flegg boys, only the ones that were chosen for profiles at the start of the year. Ash Graham will turn 21 during 2005, as will Justin Tsoulos and Michael Witt.

I remember reading somewhere that Jack Afa, Brett Anderson, Feleti Mateo and Ben Smith were 19 this year, so maybe they all turn 20 next year and will still be eligible for Flegg? As for Weller or anyone else, can't help out there...

I think you are right, bartman, and I do believe that Hauraki will still be eligible as well.

We can always drop PL players to the Jim Beam Cup in order to allow these younger boys to play in their stead :p

HJ, who is Parra's feeder team in JB, I've lost track? Is it Wenty or Kellyville?

The Official Website has taken down all profiles, there is a banner saying 2005 squad coming soon.....

The Internet Eels part didn't have the profiles for them either. You're right it was only the ones chosen

Wentworthville.

actually, I think it was Cabramatta as Steve Mowbrey played for them as well as us this year.

No wonder I've lost track... the entire JB Cup seem to be our feeder teams! ;-)

Anderson is 17, Tim Smith will still be eligible as well. he majority of the Flegg side is still quite young however the likes of Cordoba, Hauraki, Jack and Brett Delaney will have to move up to Premmies by my understanding. Daniel Backo, Kurt Sorenson, Marcus Perenara will be eligible for the Flegg to I believe.
