Who will you support in the finals?

After the tigers game I think it's fair to say that we won't make the finals. Which presents a dilemma: who to support in the finals series?

The teams that I think are most likely to win are Storm, Sharks, Cowboys. The next group is Brisbane, Bulldogs and Canberra.

I think it's odds on that the premiers will come from the teams listed above.

It's hard to overcome long held hatred towards different teams. I can't support the Storm, Broncos or the Bulldogs because I think they are a bunch of merkins. I don't have the same hatred for the Cowboys but I can't stand the QLDers winning origin and the premiership constantly.

So that leaves the sharks and Canberra for me.

Canberra is hard to like because of Stuart. And while I wouldn't mind seeing the sharks finally get a win their fans would be utterly intolerable if it happened.

Hopefully the titans or warriors could make a fairy tale run and give me a feel good story to follow.

Otherwise I might have to start watching netball.

Hard not to like the Titans, given the against-the-odds nature of their performance this season. Having Daly Cherry Evans renege on them, then losing James Roberts in the pre-season, and having their star young halfback ruled out for the season before a ball was kicked. It's not quite 1996 St George levels of hardship to overcome but it's a great effort (and Neil Henry reminds me a bit of David Waite). Plus they are a fun side to watch

I'm much the same. Ive never cared much for Broncos, doggies or Storm. I like watching Panthers but doubt they will get far. Can't quite bring myself to go for the Sharks. Dont want to see Cowboys win two in a row. Titans or Raiders for me.

I grew up in Cronulla, and although them being part of the local derby with the dragons, i'd like to see them win. After the peptide scandal and the errors they've been having, very impressed with how they've turned the club around. I think they've been the most consistent team in the comp and deserve their first premiership

The Sharks have never had a better chance but I can't watch Paul Gallen win a comp - hope they go out in straight sets come finals time. (Apologies to MillerWasALegend)
Love the way the Cowboys play - think it will be very hard for anyone to beat them as long as Thurston stays fit.
My good on ya encouragement awards go to The Panthers, Canberra & the Titans.
Hate Melbourne but they deserve their success - Bellamy should get coach of the year.
Watching Broncos lose their grip on the GF with 1 second to go last year was one of my most pleasurable moments ever watching rugby league. This year they remind me of the 2011 Dragons. They'll try their guts out in the finals but won't quite be good enough.
Canterbury - will find out that their one trick pony approach of bashing the opposition might work for them some of the time but they haven't got a Plan B.

Cowboys vs Melbourne GF. Cowboys by 6.

Anyone but the Dogs. Could not bear to see Josh Morris win a comp. When he retires I want him to be reminded by his brothers tattoo that Brett won a comp in the red V where it all started and he has won NOTHING.

Dogs never, Storm never, Broncos never.

All of these clubs do not have salary caps IMO. Don't care otherwise

I will support the Sharks who deserve a premiership after 50
years of trying. They
have three of our former players and two of our former players coaching them and heaven knows how many players played for both clubs over the past 50 years including Best, Bowen, Cameron, Haddock, Ken Maddison, Mc Ritchie, Porter and Rogers. But I still have feint hope that the Dragons might make the Final Eight.

I am only worried about the Dragons and what solutions will be put to us
concerned fans in the many, from this failing Dragons management.

Hope the cutters and 20's do well as some light is shining there.

i would like to see the cowboys repeat.
Thurston deserves to have another premiership under his belt.
i like the way the club goes about its business - good coaching staff and good recruitment and promotion of juniors into the first grade squad.
from my perspective they run a very professional organisation - dragons can take note.
