In alot of banks, alot of them get low interest rate mortgages. The management of the bank knows who has a big mortgage and is benefiting from staying at the bank. So they focus on the ones they want to keep that may or may not stay.

It's rough and tough but it is business. A bit like Caylo. If he wanted to stay, would you offer him a decent contract?
