Why wasnt Crocker charged??

This is a travesty and the club needs to protest to the NRL and a certain Robert Finch!!

Especially given the context that Hodgson was targetted by deliberately thuggish tactics all game!!

Lang and Anderson etc come out and complain when their stars are targetted!! Sheensy and Noycey need to get their fingers out and start making some noise before Brett is put out for the f**king season!!!

It was blatently clear that easts went into that game intending to take out hodgson - that tackle was just the icing on the cake.

We can count ourselves extremely lucky that brett came out of the game ok but we need to be demanding that the NRL protect our players and how anyone can escape charges for such a blatently illegal and dangerous tackle is beyond me...he didn't even *pretend* to be contesting the ball

The bloke has a record for foul play as well so as i thought last night, if he played for a struggling club he'd be gone. This was IMO a rather obvious and simple case to answer, why it wasnt pulled up and the player charged is something i think our club should be asking questions to the NRL......im sure if Hodgson had been injured crocker would've been charged.

i didnt get to see all the game, but it was on in the background. was crocker sent off or sin binned for this? i remember seeing him go off at one point right after a mate said that a tigers player was taken out...

nothing, except for a penalty , it was intentional contact with hodgson by a player with a bad record with foul play, to me that would warrant a charge but apparently he plays for the rorters so it allowed. :roll: :roll: :roll:
