Right folks,heres a post about wigan,wigan always seem to sign big money aussies and off load very good british based and local players to accomodate these so called stars of the game.
Below is 17 players wigan have released to other SL teams who are all british,i think this team would of done well together if wigans chairman had of used his head a bit.

Yeah, they have talent coming through, no question. But they do love the big money buys, always have.

Sprinkle a few in there, British or overseas, and you've got a good team, and arguably one that would develop together better over a period of time than collecting big name imports and not establishing the pathway for your own backyard development to come through to the top.

These players aren't Wigan juniors, several aren't Lancashire juniors. Draw the line at overseas players but allowing players from the town or region is arbitary.

The RFL should cut down, slightly, the no. of overseas players, but to force clubs like Wigan to get rid of them all would be stupid.

well due 2 the kolpak ruling u cant ban all imports just the aussie ones who dont have passports which dont count to the quota
