I had to pick Flair to be knocked out last by Batista, but I'm just not convinced that's how it's going to go down. I still get the feeling there might be a moment in there somewhere where Triple H has organised someone, or a couple of guys, to take out Batista for a bounty (perhaps Coach will get involved?) But despite this, Batista overcomes the bounty hunters and wins anyway. He finds out about the whole thing (possibly via Orton again) and then the buildup to Wrestlemania begins. For Orton to be involved though, that would mean a triple threat match.
Just an innocent question guys. With this kind of buildup, what would you rather see at Wrestlemania?
1 Triple H v Orton
2 Triple H v Batista
3 Triple H v Orton v Batista
Personally I would like option 2 there. We've already seen Triple H v Orton and it hasn't really been that fantastic. Could the WWE possibly bite the bullet and admit that the fued isn't working out, and instead pump up a huge battle between Triple H and Batista? I think the latter would work better, at least for hype. The match might not quite be as good but let's face it, the WWE wants bums on seats more than anything.
Just picture it now - Wrestlemania 21, we're up to the main event, the world heavyweight championship of the world. Triple H and Batista stand in the ring, nothing but hate for each other and square off for the first time. The buildup had nothing but teasers to this one huge match.
I would be pumped for that for sure.
