Will Johns Be Deservedly Suspended?

I say he will be charged with something that will give him maybe 80-90 points just so he won't be ruled out of the Dally M's.
He deserves at least 2-3 weeks for that blatant bit of thuggery.I presume he has a clean record? but really you desrve a week for that regardless if you've been clean in the past and you certainly don't deserve the Dally M award if you did that during the year.

Johns should be suspended and should miss the Dally M - and the biggest loser will be Rugby League.
League has lost a few of our big names to Union and a lot of our big names to retirement.
In these times when the game is suffering bad publicity at every turn the one great positive we have had in recent times is that Johns has been proving himself the best player of either code in the world.
Johns did the crime and should do the time, but if I could jump in a time machine and take back one thing for the sake of Rugby League, that one silly moment by Johns would be the thing I would take back.

I think he deserves two weeks and O'Davis will probably get the same. If they are both suspended the game against the Tigers will be very tough indeed.

It was similar to what that dog Fletcher did, he got 3 weeks.
The bloke is lying on his back, Johns could have rolled either side but instead went straight for his head. Johns probably had the shits because theyr were trailing.

I think Johns temper has always been his achilles heel. It will cost him this time and probably his team and his dally m medal. How ironic if he does get suspended for knocking out the bloke who will take it from him.

I haven't a clue what went on, and I'm a bit surprised to learn about Joey Johns having a temper problem. Maybe we'll get to see and hear about it all on Rugby League World on Wednesday here in the UK.
