This is epic, imo majority of our games should be played at this venue once it's developed. I think the wider NRL policy should be clubs playing at proper venues rather than suburban grounds. Have suburban grounds for a few games per year, maybe 3?

Notice there's a new plaza on the current warm up / training field. I guess it doesn't matter with the COE now at Fairy Meadow - but we do lose the warm up field!

Id say that gov money will only extend to the Gong and also more games at WIN to justify it. It’s inevitable that everything will come out of Wollongong & Jubilee will be scrapped. Might take another decade but for me that’s the scenario. Rusted on St George tragics like me are ( literally) a dying breed.
