Witt vs Kimmorley

I fear for what might happen in this duel. But I do hope for Witts sake that he does stand up and does give Kimmorley a run for his money. I have been one Of Witts biggest critics as he has shown nothing of Last years form, But I am willing to eat humble pie if he can play consistantly well to the end of the season thus giving us hope for next season.

Witt has good kicking game but he needs to work on the way works our team around the park. He needs to tell the Bludgers like Vella to pull his finger out and run forward, We need direction. Also we can't afford for him to go missing during the game, Witt needs to take ownership and dominate the game. I'm willing to give Witt more chances, I hope he changes my mind about him starting from this weekend.

I remember Jamie last year. Whichever Centre was playing opposite him, whether playing for NSW or Parra, he was determined to outplay him. He was all over Players like Gidley, Tate, Gasnier, etc. It was like a personal mission.

Wagon does this now and again when he has job of "LOOKING AFTER" Tallis or fitler.

If witt could only show the confidence in himself to set a goal to outplay his opposite no.

needs to tell the Bludgers like Vella to pull his finger out and run forward, We need direction. Also we can't afford for him to go missing during the game

Totally AGREE !!!

It's going to take a team effort.

Hopefully if the team runs out as named, we will have Witt at halfback and Dykes, a very classy and handy 5/8, as our halves.

That will no doubt help Witt's game no end.

its simple

if BS shows some faith in Witt and says right.....your playing halfback, your first receiver, your our general, your our first choice goalkicker, our first choice general play kicker - lead us around the park........Witt will rise to the occasion

he just needs some confidence and to know that the team and the coach has some faith in him and to know that he is the shot caller and Dykes is there as his second in command - this is especially important now that Dykes is officially leaving

if this happens i think we will see a different Witt who will have a good game

I really wonder if Dykes will play this weekend after the announcement.

6. O'Dwyer
7. Witt

or

6. Wagon
7. Witt
13. Hopkins
9. Webster

unless Dykes is not actually fit and this is to help lift his profile again to coincide with the announcement that he will be returning to the sharks?????

HE did that earlier on with Witt in the team.

I hope things are different this week, as it's the first time this year Witt has been named in 7 together with Dykes 6. I know they're only numbers, but I hope that means that Witt's being allowed to take more of a hand in things.

I hope Witt is allowed to play the role he played against the Roosters and do most of the playmaking as Dykes wont be here.

And I'm sure if Witt is pushing the forwards around and can get them to dominate we will win and Kimmorley wont know what hit him  :D . Which I hope will then show (if he performs consistently) that we wont have a halves problem for next yr [-o<

Noddy has bigger fish to fry. He may still sit out this week

What, and only have three weeks left to fry other fish? Noddy needs to lay a claim for the test jumper, so he'll be on the field as soon as (or sooner than) he can...
