World Club Challenge?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone on this forum made the trek over to the old dart for the WCC when you guys won the comp?

Does anyone remember what the costs were?
Did your club put together a tour etc?

We are planning on heading over, and would be good to get our numbers together early and a ball park budget will help based on previous years.

Mate, we went in 09 on a tour organised by Mark Tramby from Ambassador Holidays. We had a ball.

About 45 in the group. Stayed in Leeds, I think that's about the best option.

I think $$$$ was about 4,500 twin share all up for 8 or 9 nights. We had 4 in Leeds then 3 in London on the way home.

We also had an extra week and a bit in Paris and Brussels before hand, which of course cost extra.

Give Mark a ring, I'm sure he'd be glad to put something together.

Thanks, I managed to find a brochure on the ambassador travels tour from when Manly played Leeds.

Saints travel agent is putting together a package once the details are confirmed, however if it's not appropriate we will give Mark a call.
