Worst half time "entertainment"

I thought we had reached a new low at the ANZAC day game when 2 people were out in the middle and who ever did the most steps in 1 min won 1k. If your imagining 2 people running around in circles as fast as they can you are spot on.

But seems like it's been 'beaten' tonight. 2 people from either end run to get a footy from the middle. Someone breaks his leg and another person dislocates their shoulder. Doubt they will bring that one back.

What's the worst you have seen? The catching the footy, the huge bowling ball and pins, kick the footy into the back of the ute and u8s footy are tried classics and always slightly hold my attention.

My local club used to get puppies from the local pound and burn them with cigarettes at half time.

that was pretty bad.

Wait, were they both trying for the same ball and collided?

Yeah... Could never have seen that coming.

What did they actually have to do? Was it like a catch a ball comp?

And did someone really do their shoulder? All im seeing is about the dude who snapped his leg.

Andy Raymond or who ever it is said "2 people start up this end, 2 people start down that end and they both have to get a ball from the middle. One broke his leg, another dislocated a shoulder." or some shit.

Also awaiting the bread story.

Two injuries from a collision apparently. "Shunter" broke his leg and went off on the medicab.

They are still looking for the parachutist from Brisbane's ANZ Stadium back in 1993. It was the Broncos' first ever game at the ground against Parra and sadly the parachutist ended up in a car park at Griffith University...I think.

NRL supporters hurt at Penrith

Two supporters have been hurt during the halftime entertainment at Penrith's home clash with Brisbane on Monday night.

A competition called the `Big Ball Bash' sees teams of two charge towards a huge inflatable ball aiming to get it to other end of the field.

However, the game went badly wrong at Sportingbet Stadium when one man dislocated his ankle and another dislocated his shoulder.

The ankle injury victim left the field on a stretcher and both men were taken to hospital.
