• Are the vendors serious, do they honestly think there is any chance that this place will sell?
• Is the real estate agent on drugs, in what world did he think this place is going to sell with the photo’s chosen.
• Could realestate.com be charged with assault, I have never had sch a visual assault on my baby blues ever.

It would not influence me, but if you think a house that is not presented well for sale will not impact the time it is up for sale or the price people are willing to pay you are more deluded than I thought. It is this reason some sellers get in stylists and rent furniture when trying to sell their place.

Seems to be reasonable based on the median price of the area and recent sales. If you mean the fact it is in Qld then yes I agree. It is probably about $500k over the mark then.
