Ok do we or do we not have a wrestling coach? I know Wayne is against wrestling and all that crap but it's a big part of the game. A lot of the games I've watched this season I've noticed one thing, our wrestle is substandard, we allow far too many quick play the balls, offloads, we hardly get any quick play the balls ourselves and it results in opposition teams making 60m per set and is making 30m per set.
From what I've heard we don't employ a wrestling coach and the boys practice as part of their training sessions, not sure how true this is.

The wrestle is not as bad as it used to be. Our blokes could at least drive the f**ken shoulder in and hit a few ball carriers. Works for Nigel Plumb and Adam Docker. Nothing wrong with their teams position on the ladder.

A lot of that defence today was f**king soft, soft, soft.

What you've said above about the wrestle coach and Benny's dislike of it and refusal to coach it is correct.

There's not as much wrestling these days but when a team like us has no idea in that ruck area it's an absolute death sentence, Wayne's stubbornness and idealism is handicapping us

Just read a few articles about Bennett and his thoughts on wrestling and deadset the man is a dinosaur, apparently we don't employ wrestling techniques and tactics because Wayne doesn't believe it should be part of the game (well sorry Wayne it is part of the game) and thinks it's not what fans want to see (yep we'd much rather see our team lose every week).
Wayne needs to f**king realise that rugby league doesn't pay his ridiculous salary to clean up the game, the knights pay him to win football games and he's f**king failing that bit miserably
