To be fair they had their 2 best players come off in that period with a HIA and a sin bin but should still never happen, they could not make a bloody tackle and let warriors offload at will in that period. Pathetic

Phoneix is an exceptional talent and from all reports and incredibly hard worker. He'll be a very good long term NRL player however I would err on the side of caution with him. He's pretty small fora back rower and often those body shapes take a bit longer to fit into first grade. Liam Martin didnt debut until he was 22, Godinet is a similar shape so I wouldnt expect to see him in first grade until late 2027 at the earliest.
