This wont be a diary as such BUT i do think they should go back to the brand split.
Personally, i'd retire the WWE title and World Heavyweight title because its obvious the WWE title is valued more in the company, but imo the WHC should be. Logically wouldnt you wanna be the champ of the world than a company?
What has brought this on? Well just seeing the amount of talent they have on the roster atm is incredible. Potential Main Event/Upper Card alone you have; Punk, Cena, Sheamus, DB, Kane, Big Show, ADR, Henry, Lesnar, Jericho, Christian, Orton, The Miz, Ryback. Thats not to mention the likes of The Rock, Triple H and Taker. More than enough to sustain two brands
Midcard, you still have the likes of Zigler, Rhodes, Swagger, Truth, Khali, Rey, Cara, Barrett, Cesaro, Ryder, Sandow, Gabriel, Kidd, DiBiase, Dallas.
You have a decent number of Divas.
With the Usos, Prime Time Players, 3MB, personally i'd kick Mahal out of the group and have Slater/McIntyre as a tag team and Mahal as a singles competitor as he doesnt fit the rock look. You start to re-build a broken tag team division
Basically on RAW you'd have the Raw Heavyweight Title (a redish faceplate) which of course will be your main title. A singles mid-upper card title, say the US title. Plus EITHER the Tag team or the Divas title.
On SD you'd have the Smackdown Heavyweight Title (a blueish faceplate), a mid-upper card title, the IC title. Bring it back to the level it deserves to be booked at. Plus the OTHER one of the team/divas title.
Literally have them as seperate brands, competing with each other. NEVER have a Raw star on Smackdown or vise versa. VERY seldomn swap stars, so when it happens, its a surprise.
The ONLY time you'd see them in the same ring at the same time would be in the big 4 PPVs - The Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Survivor Series, and i'd build Bragging Rights to be the other big event.
I could mock up a couple of rosters, and if theres enough interest, I could write a diary on it, this would explain how it could be set up
