Speaking of Crocker, there was another incident early in the first half where the Sharks #4 took a hit up from dummy half and was hit high -- 3 teeth loosened (visited the dentist today) and a busted nose. In hindsight should have stayed down and let the video ref deal with it.

I can admit that Morley deserved the three weeks suspension, but to claim that Crocker's incident was bad is ridiculous. There was nothing in it. It wasnt even high and certainly not late. It sounds to me you are taking a leaf out of your coaches book and shifting the focus away from your dreadful team by focusing on someone else.

he showed the Nathan Cayless tackle which got him 8 weeks (?). although i didnt think it was as bad, i certainly don't think it is 8 CHARGES LESS.

for the record, Smith said that had Morley been charged with a Grade 5 Reckless, which Smith thought was appropriate, Morley would be out for at least 15 weeks

although he never said it, he pointed the finger right at the roosters club receiving preferential treatment

He didnt infer that at all. He was having a go at the current points sytem because whilst he may have thought Morley's tackle should have been graded the same as Cayless', he also said that NO WAY was the tackle worth 15 weeks.

No, but if there was no preferential treatment shown to Morley, he would have received 15 for his previous record for same offence loading.
whilst the tackle did not receive 15 weeks, the individual does.
