For my Broncos,

A third WR might be the go and they need a stud RB as I think McGahee will not be back in Denver next year and if he is, he will be a third down back at best competing for time with Hillman and maybe Moreno.

DT is still a need but Wolfe has been better than expected and the Broncos may be able to secure a decent DT via FA. LB and CB seem to be pretty solid and Champ may move to Safety in the twilight of his career, allowing Harris to shift to CB permanently.

Elway has done a magnificent job of rebuilding the Broncos into contenders in the space of two seasons. If Manning is back next year the Broncos will be extremely hard to beat and they are a team where players will want to go to.

New compliment of safety's

A shut down corner

A decent LT backup

Some O & D Line players as there are a few in Philly who are not up to scratch.

Oh and a large Red Zone threat WR

DT, DE, ILB and RB and probably in that order. Our OL has improved this year, but not enough, hopefully we can sort that out during the draft or FA aswell

Turner is surely on the way out in Atlanta? I think he holds them back. He's solid but not an every down back.

Oh yeah he's well past his best. I can see us drafting an RB in the mid-later rounds, but I don't know what the talent is like in this year's draft

Well.

Coach. we need a new coach who isnt norv turner.
We need a GM that is not AJ Smith.

Offensive live is down right offensive. need help across the board. they have been woeful.

on the defense maybe linebacker and corner back. the defense isnt that bad tbh.

anyway back to offense. between battle, brown and mathews they stink on the ground. mathews is a bust but will keep his job id say. he's nothing special.

Tight end..gates seems to have past his best.

yeah basically total rebuild.

Where to start?

I guess given its one off season, we can cope with another year of Nate Allen at FS. He's a pretty damn good FS when healthy, save for the fact he cant get or stay that way.

In no order and assuming the new staff stay in a 4-3 defense:

Coaching staff - Andy and his crew are out like sauerkraut
QB - Mike Vick is leaving Philly with Andy
LT - Id like to draft Joeckel 1st. We can play him at RT for a year to wet his feet, if Peter's comes back the same player. Otherwise full steam ahead at LT
RG - Watkins is a back up. Nothing more. If peters comes back and we draft Joeckel, this is not as big a concern right now as Herremans will slide back to RG
OLB - Kendricks and Ryans are set at SAM and MIKE. Need a WILL
CB - Nnamdi unlikely to be back at his price tag and DRC off contract and playing like shit
SS - Coleman sucks on ice.
WR - Big physical guy, not these little whimps who get bullied out of being red zone threats

What options are looking at being available to play the weakside? I have not really scouted through the available options and, quite honestly, I always over-rate average players in the position so any info anyone would like to share would be appreciated

If we dont draft Joeckel, we might draft T'eo at LB and play him at SAM (or move Ryans to SAM and start T'eo at MIKE) and slide Kendricks to WILL

Later on there is a few guys i like in the draft like Gerald Hodges out of Penn St. or Sean Porter at A&M. But i think it could be a spot, like Safety, we can address in FA rather than draft. There is plenty of decent LBs in the league right now looking for a chance. With the Niners locking up Willis-Bowman, i wonder what the asking price might be on a guy like Larry Grant who's been pretty excellent when called apon.

.

the rams need two safeties. the ones there now are useless in coverage. the cbs have to give wrs 10 yard cushions because they have no faith in the safety help. if they get beaten at the line it will be a long completion or a long td catch. safeties are always two steps too late.

any oline help will do.

a more consistent field stretching TE wouldn't be bad as well. maybe jared cook if he wants out from the titans.

Nothing really apart from Kaep getting more experience.

AJ Jenkins and LaMichael James should be good in the future.

I think you can just call Jenkins a bust now bro.
Definitely need a guy to stretch the field, although Manningham is decent in that role.

What's your opinion on Carson Palmer? A lot of people are down on him, but I think he's been doing pretty well given his supporting cast

He had a good cast at cincy, but ever since his knee injury he was never the same. Tries to make things happen when it would be better to throw the ball away. Have seen him throw too many intercepts. That said Oakland has so many needs that its probably best to hold onto him for now and get some of thee other pieces first.

Yea I agree with most of that. I'm not sure if I want to use a first on Joeckel or not. I've heard he is good and we do need depth at the o-line but I reckon we could trade down and get more assets.

I'm really turn atm with what to do because our secondary needs major changes. But I reckon it could all be fixed with better coaching.
