I am stunned Drew is in 7 in Premier League this week. Drew should be playing Souths/Logan while his contract runs out IMO.

Cant understand why you guys have Weyman starting on the bench ... he is near our most potent forward .... imo you start with him giving the team the best chance at starting well ... you then give him a spell and put him back on for the last 15-20 mins of the half when the defence is getting tired, hopefully finishing the half like you started .... ditto for the 2nd half

I dont think he has the match fitness/experience to start an NRL match, his short bursts from the bench are working ok for him at the moment.


For 05 id even have Thompson starting in prop with Weyman still on the bench, then swap them after 5 rounds when he is fully fit, has confidence and can handle the pace of the NRL. Knowing our policy on young people Elliot may decide he needs 2 more years to mature leaving the door open for Adamson to start in the second row with hodgo to prop.

I reckon you do have to be fit to start, and you start with your best. Otherwise we will be making changes earlier than we want because he gets tired quicker.

If we go with a fitter player his impact will be greater at a time later in the half where others start to tire.
