As for the Panthers, we won the game fair and square. The decision to strip us of two points is inconsistent with previous punishments to clubs who have made the same mistake.

And you're kidding if you think the Bulldogs are getting stronger, you guys have done nothing since about round 16, even got beaten by Manly. You did manage to scrape over the line in most of those games but the only decent opposition you had was Parra. Look seriously, based on recent performances I don't think you guys are gonna make the grand final (we might not either). Parra is the danger team and it's starting to look like we might meet them in 1v8, yikes...

And the 4 points are still on offer by the way.

about 5 years ago Cowboys were strips of the points for the extra man on the field.

about three years ago broncos were fined for the same mistake.

Coulda shoulda woulda. The only decision that directly cost either team the game occured in the final minute. If it happened with 3 or 4 to go I'd be upset but accept it, cuz we would've had time to change it. As it stands, we didn't.

Yet the dogs did get a chance to improve their position on the table irrespective of the so called 'dud calls" - in rounds 12, 17 & 20.
Coulda should woulda won those games and the dogs would be leading.

FFS its done and dusted get on with the current rounds and the upcoming finals
