    Its hard to knock an individual that has achieved as much as Nathan Merritt. He should have been picked in his prime, not rewarded for past success. He's one of the best we've ever seen. Just look at his record. If it wasn't for traitor Inglis giving up his "mate", Merritt would have done okay.

    The NRL started from a Sydney club competition. I got no problem bringing it back to that. The $ sunk into "outside" teams by bodies such as newscorp is the stain on the league. "Lets make Melbourne a market" they said. And gave them a gazillion dollars to make sure they were competitive...

    What I gathered he was saying is "Its all the refs fault because rules aren't applied equally." He's basically calling them cheats, hence $15k down the drain. Where's that $15k go anyway?
