How was Zilmans not a try? Ref says Try, there is no way they should have taken that off him.

NRL refs becomes a bigger joke week after week and nothing gets done.

They gave him one back later.

What the try he scored after the rubbish call? Nothing wrong with that try.

I hate the it's ok it goes both ways eventually, maybe that's the problem as long as they pull a square up eventually all is forgiven. Yes EVERY team gets dodgey calls for and against them. I just get sick of seeing obvious ones get through, especially with regards to the video ref. They seem to get so much wrong it's just stupid.

Game delayed because the ch9 commentators are running late.

Pathetic.

Fair dinkum. The game was at 3pm, not 9am. Yes there was fog but it didn't last all day

I can't believe they delayed the game for something so ridiculous. Do 9 have no one in Brisbane who can drive?

Yep, if Dragons received a penalty for this obvious infringement in front of the posts, even Soward in his current kicking form would have landed it for a 16-8 lead & the Titans no try wouldn't have even happened. ( because that all started with Dave Bolt's incredible intercept ).

A poor weekend for the refs ( on & off field ) that started on Friday night. I hope the last 2 games improve.

What about Nightingales 2 tries, neither should have been awarded, the first one he knocked on,and the second one should have been a penalty to the coast for Hunt laying in the ruck, they couldn't get a kick in,and 5 tackles later Saints score.
Any Saints fan whinging about the refs today are deadset kidding themselves with the decisions the Coast got,the taylor offside and Soward whinge don't count out 2 tries that saints should not have got,and one try that the coast should have been awarded, the better team won..

Pure ineptitude by the refs there.
You will not win when the other team gets twice the penalties.
The biggest load of crap - the press conference where Cartwright tried to act hard done by.
The FACT Dave Taylor was offside and there SHOULD have been a penalty in front of the sticks is the main problem.
People will say "saints got one back when the try was disallowed" but had that penalty been given - and hard to see how it wasn't given the referee was less than a meter from Taylor when he infringed - it would have been a shot between the posts and game over.
