Kohli's mic drop is fair game on Root. Even he would see the funny side. There is no need for bad language, but mic dropping on a mic dropper, that's actually funny imo.

I'm far less concerned about Virat Kohli, than their fans if Australia doesn't assemble a half decent cricket team this summer and keep its unbeated record vs India record in tact.

So stop whining about Kohli, and find some batsmen already.

V-Rat is easily the biggest douche in world cricket but if we're talking the Root thing I've got no issues with it. Root brought it on himself.

Another Root conversion failure...Remember when folks had him up with V-Rat, Sandpaper Smith and Bradmanson? Lol

Wow. You just compared David "lets sandpaper the ball" Warner to Virat "lets get lippy" Kohli.

Australians invented "lets get lippy" - Steve Waugh called it "mental disintegration".

David Warner invented the sandpaper on the ball, and Australians called it banned for one year.

Take a reality pill. Kohli is cocky 'dropping the mic' back to Joe Root, but he's no David "I'm a punch Joe Root for being happy with a wig" Warner.

Wake me up when Kohli even asks Alistair Cook what Joe Root's **** tastes like. (Yes this is a McGrath reference).

Don't even try to take the higher ground your Australian cricketers gave up a loooooooooooong time ago and continue to recently.

Cricket Australia HAS NO moral high ground. What you do have is a long history of winning and success. But not moral judgement. Even Bodyline was cancelled by Thommo and Lillee which then gave us the Windies 4 prong pace attack.

Since then, CA has managed to bowl underarm, term the phrase sledging, Dyer's catch, Haddin's wicket keeping, punch opposition players, swear at umpires, sandpaper the ball, and so on and so forth including cancelling a Bangladesh tour because 1 billion dollars isn't profitable.

If anyone is a stain on international cricket...

So if CA player's behaviour is acceptable, Kohli is an angel. Your CA players set the baseline.

Lol. Before you get all Australia is better than NZ because you dig holes good, I'm a citizen of the UK as well as NZ.

There is no syndrome here, it is about moral high ground. CA has none.

VK dropped the mic back to Joe Root. So what? That's not comparable to Warner sandpapering a ball, its not comparable to the underarm, its not comparable to the Dyer catch, its not even comparable to McGrath asking what the captain's penis tastes like.

The bar has been set by CA players already, and it is much lower than Kohli has managed to achieve so far. Wake me up when Kohli punches Root.

They're just facts.

Little brother syndrome or not, you either embrace CA checkered history, or despise it, but don't confuse Warner's past for Kohli's, because they're very very different.

Clearly not the guy who compared Virat Kohli to dropping the mic BACK to Joe Root to the guy who PUNCHED HIM and ordered a SANDPAPERING OF THE BALL in test cricket.

Moral highground? Pfffffft. CA has none.

Kohli is an angel compared to David Warner. Like it or lump it. They're incomparable so far.

Tell me when he asks Cook how Root's penis tastes already.
